DESCRIPTION:Annual Veterans Day Celebration will be held at the Sampson County Exposition Center.  This event is FREE to the public and will honor all Sampson County Veterans as well as active duty military personnel. \nThe program will begin promptly at 11:00 am (doors open at 10 am) and will last approximately one hour. \nA reception will be held immediately following the program with light refreshments provided.

This year’s maze design will honor non-other than Babe Ruth! Did you know Babe Ruth’s first homerun was hit right here in North Carolina? That’s right! Right down the road in Fayetteville\, NC! So\, come on out to practice your navigational skills through our 10-acre maze to see if you’re a grand slam hitter or an all-star catcher! Three challenging baseball themed trails are sure to test even the most skilled baseball player. So\, let’s batter-up into an a-maze-ing family fun adventure. \nWhile on the farm\, be sure to visit Pay Dirt Pete’s Gem Mine and & Gold Panning.  So many activities! Young children and young-at-heart will surely enjoy the ever-popular giant slides\, train rides\, human foosball\, Cranky the Combine ride\, and old-fashioned outdoor games like giant checkers and tractor pulled hay rides to Animal Acres. \nGood ol’ fashion fun foods such as mouth watering funnel cakes\, roasted corn\, made on-site ice cream with out hit & miss engine\, Carmel corn nuggets\, NC Bright Leaf hotdogs\, and more await your visit! So… come on down to Hubb’s Farm and “be a kid” again and have some good old-fashioned fun. \nTeachers\, with appropriate ID and completion of a short info card\, will receive a free Bronze Pass (with any other pass purchase). This free pass can be used toward an upgrade. The teachers family will receive  a $2 discount on their passes. \nThis is an outside event. Dates and times are subject to change.
